            Happy Christmas Eve, everyone!
 As of today I have been using MFP for a year. Got a Garmin Vivofit as a Christmas gift and fired it up right then and there, and it recommended using MFP and a few days later I found @SamanthaLouiseMence 's January 2017 challenge, and here I am! I am so thankful for all of the encouragement and support given and received here!
 I got an early Christmas gift. A WHOOSH! This morning I saw a new low of 205.9! After being stuck for a month, things are moving again!
 I am a bit over halfway to goal.
 Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
 Lowest since 1999: 195.
 Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
 MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
 Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
 Average from November 20th - November 26th: 208.2
 November 27th to December 3rd: 208.1
 December 4th to December 10th: 208.4
 December 11th to December 17th: 208.5
 December 18th to December 24th: 206.6
 Loss for December: 1.6 lbs.
 MFP Loss: 26.4 lbs.
 Total cumulative loss: 36.4 lbs.

 I plateaued for this past week, which was a little disappointing. However, with richer holiday food in abundance, I wasn't exactly shocked. Although I likely won't meet my new December goal, at least I maintained. We'll see I guess Besides, there's always next month!  December 26 - 174 I've been sick! Started Saturday (12/23) with fever, headache, body aches...yep, I have the flu. (I got the flu shot in November), then it progressed and I was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday. So I didn't get to have Christmas with my family and it's been a pretty *kitten* holiday. Yes, I'm feeling sorry for myself. On the plus side, I've lost weight, ha! On the plus side, I've lost weight, ha!

            So far, made it through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with no adverse effects. Will begin maintenance next month. That, in itself, will be a challenge to coordinate nutrition and exercise to result in neither a gain nor loss.
