can't lose this paxil weight I gained!!

I have been on a combination of Abilify, Topomax, and Trintellix for several years and when I gained weight it was when the manufacturer of my Abilify changed. The pill was totally different in color and shape, and I felt weird when taking it. I stopped, and immediately felt better. I went back to my regular pill after I told the pharmacist what happened. My husband thinks it was the wrong medicine. I exercise every day, don’t drink at all, and monitor my food intake (I also struggle with eating disorder behavior, so weight gain freaks me out). Now, the manufacturer of my Abilify has changed again as I am using mail order; the pill looks the same as far as color and shape. I have been taking it for two weeks- I only take 1 mg.
