    I gained 24# this year. I am 54 years old, going through menopause and had a very busy stressful year at work. I can't keep going this way. So here I am and I think this is a good challenge group for me.

    Until I figure out what it will take to meet my goals as far as net calories and nutrient balance and adequacy, I will be posting daily with adjustments.
    Weight: 164.2#
    Walk 5 miles in order to get calories burned to 2200 kcal per day.
    Other area of improvement needed- 6 cups water per day.

    This week's successes: Went to exercise class Tuesday. Dumped last of Christmas goodies in trash and gave away Chocolate treat we had been given.
    This week's challenges: cold weather so no outside biking. Mindful eating.
