Happy new year everyone! I am looking to loose my christmas weight which is only a couple of pounds.
I am gonna work to a deficit through January to see where I get & then starting an 8 week fitness programme in February which focuses on improving strength, agility and fitness levels.

Jan 1st - 211lbs … I think I may have over did it over Christmas and new year that’s a 13lb gain :’( hopefully a lot of that is water weight seeing as I’ve been living on alcohol, fizzy drinks and junk food with not being at home. Time to get back on it TODAY!! No excuses! My weigh in days are Friday, so I’ll weigh back in then.

You've got this Samantha! Yes, mostly likely it is water weight. I just lost all of my water/salt weight: 5 lbs! I fasted for 36.5 hrs, got rid of the constipation, elevated my feet etc... and now, I'm back to where I left off before Thanksgiving! Don't give up!2 -
