            I'm definitely the odd one out here, but I listen to a lot of 90s alt rock or grunge in the gym. Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, NIN, Tool etc. Most people would not have a good workout to that stuff but I do!5

            I've been working out to Seal's first album for many years now. It's the perfect length and tempo for all kinds of workouts - I haven't tired of it after many, many workouts.0
