    Even though I've been going through a rough week and my diet has been off, belonging to a support group/challenge has reminded me that I need to continue to take my health seriously. Thank you for starting this up for us!

    Just added myself! I'm about 20 lb overweight (I'm at 149, would like to be at my old 125 by this summer)... I never really had any weight problems, then I hit age 30. Ugh it's so hard now, plus I drink way too much. So goals are to cut down drinking, eat healthier, workout 6x/week, and lose 20lb by April 1st. Thank you for setting this up!!!! :smile:
