I am trying to lose over 100lbs to and looking for people to be accountable with... I haven't been snacking like usual but when I do I stick to protien even if it's just a light cheese stick. It helps.0

Hi i have pcos. Currently on spironlactone and metformin. Had a gastric band 2011. Ive got 100lbs to loose for my wedding in october. Im committing to weekly weigh ins and a low carb high protein diet.

Hiya - I've 60-70 to lose, which I'm tackling in 10 pound mini-goals. Living in Europe (France currently, UK soon) and recently changed to a plant based whole food way of eating, which is turning into an interesting experience in the kitchen.

Hi, Kate! I'm Jessica and have a similar problem! I'm 26 (almost 27). I just recently joins MPG. I've been overweight since 5th grade and everytime I seem to get on the right track, I lose my way. I'm currently 280 pounds and trying to lose 100 pounds as well. My weakness is sugary snacks or carb loaded foods. I LOVE chocolate milk and doughnuts especially. However, I'm slowly kicking those habits and am calorie counting these days. It's tough because I'm used to consuming probably 3000 calories a day and habe cut back to under 2000. So right now, I'm always feeling hungry. Good luck with your weight loss journey!
