This week's successes: - An Awesome Week
Took body measurements and first progress photo - wish i had did this at the start as I was feeling really positive before I took the photo, but after seeing it, i was not happy with the way I looked. It would of help to have something to compare it to to see my progress. At least i have done it now.
Ate some "less healthy" meals but still manage to log and fit it into my calorie limit. Good to be flexible
Drunk 3L of water every day.
Took 18sec off my 3km run time.
Brought new belt as old one was too big.
Next week's challenges:
Back at work is good for routine, but not so good for stress levels
Continue to drink 3L water per day
Limit coffees to two per day (early morning) to improve sleep.2 -
As we have all stared to lose a few pounds I thought i would share this video,
Have you ever wondered where that fat has gone ?
Disclaimer - i do not claim he is right or wrong, for me coming to the understanding that food and human fat are just chemical molecules, opened my mind to food is energy and CICO (eat less, move more).

Now at the tough points in my cardio workouts, I just say to myself keep on breathing.

This week's successes: I decided to take a fitness test and do all my body measurement. That way, if the weight doesn't go down for some reason, I should be able to see progress somewhere else. Trying to prepare myself to be successful no matter what!
This week's challenges: Making sure I take it one step at a time. It's easy to want to do it all when you first start, but I want to take it easy, not burn out, make it manageable for the long term.
Have a great day you bunches of loosers!3 -

Challenges this week - achieve minimum 5000 steps daily, blog daily
Made 5000 5 out of 7 days
Average was 5602 (yay!)
I didn't blog, but did log my foods.
Positive action I will take is to reset reminders on my fitbit for daytime movement.
I did this!
My positive action for this week will be to drink all my water every day
Also to rethink my blog goals and be realistic. Obvs every day doesn't work for me.
I am 52 years old, five foot two inches and I work a sedentary job.2
