A 200lb person running a marathon (26.6 miles) at 8mph (3hrs 19 min 30 sec) will burn about 4000 cals.
So, crank out 18 of them in 14 days, while only eating around 2000 cals each day, and continue going about your normal day, and you should make it.8 -
What exactly is happening in two weeks that makes you so fixated on that number, and why exactly 20 lb?
As people habe said above, losing 20 lb of fat in two weeks is a physical impossibility, bar surgery. Losing 20lb of fat and water in that time is almost impossible, bar extreme illness.
Could you be more flexible on one of the two factors? If it is hugely important to lose weight in exactly two weeks, why not start with what you can lose in ahealthy sustainable way - you will still look and feel better than now? If 20 lb is the important number, why not take a bit longer - you will still feel great when you get there.
Don't set yourself up for failure.

If you find someone who tells you it's possible, PLEASE PLEASE ask them this follow-up question:
How long did you keep it off?
You might find someone who was very obese and who did something crazy to manipulate their water weight in order to lose that much. Maybe. Doubtful, but maybe. I'd bet my own money that they didn't keep it off, though.6 -
Like I said if you have lost 20 pounds within 2 weeks I would love to hear from you.. If not then don't reply.. I'm currently exercising and counting calories... But that's not my point..it was a question to those that have done This, if their are none then so be it.. My friend has lost 100 pounds in 6 months, she told me within the first 2 weeks she lost 22 pounds but she did shakes.. So I know that it's possible so I wanted to here other things others have tried and if there's is none then so be it!!!!23

You need to go on that special snow flake diet.
It's the only way.0 -

Even if she lost 100 lbs in 6 months, that still literally less than 20 pounds EVERY MONTH.4 -
You could do a boxing/ufc weigh-in dehydration protocol and might get the scale to display the number. Of course none of it will be fast loss and you'll start gaining it back with the very next glass of water. Not to mention dangerous. So yeah impossible1

Well she lost 22 the first 2 weeks and I know she did because we would talk to each other and go walking with each other.. I'm losing weight by exercising and tracking calories, but once again my question isn't about that.. People it's very simple if it doesn't apply to you then don't respond!!!!13 -

Then why are you on here asking? Why not just have your friend walk you through how she did it? Why do you need further validation from a bunch of strangers on the internet? This is just weird.22 -
Exactly what everyone here is saying... it's impossible to lose that much "fat" in 2 weeks. Sorry slow and steady is the best way to go.. your way is not even possible2

Well if you read my statements, it's simply to here from others and to see if if something that I can twitch to my diet.. And as I stated, she did it through shakes and I don't really care for them. So I do track and exercise.. That's what this community is here for, to bring together all types of people who has the same goals but may go about it differently.. Vegan, Low Carb, Keto, High Carb Etc.. So again that's why I posted the question and if there's no one on this community that has lost close to or a mere 20 pounds within 2 weeks then okay!! And I will continue to do what I am doing which is tracking my calories and exercising.....

IF she dropped that much in first 2 weeks it was mostly-or entirely- water weight/ Weight from food leaving her bowels/stomach from just drinking liquis. She did NOT lose 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks, Nor will you. The End.12

Well, and the other reason you wouldn't hear from someone claiming to do this, is that describing their method would likely be against the rules of the forum.3

Who cares if it's fat!!!! That's not the point it was 22 pounds from where she started.. And so what if I don't loose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, I'm losing weight by exercising and tracking calories.. So your comment was10 -

Let me give you my experience: a little over 10 years ago, I weighed 300 pounds (I was about 170 overweight). I had gastric bypass. You don’t get any more calorie restrictive than that early outl unless you’re dead. I walked 3 miles a day within a week of surgery. At no time did I ever come close to losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks, even at my best.9

People are trying to help you... why get mad. It is physically impossible to lose 20 pounds of "fat" in 2 weeks.. end of story. If you did lose that much "water weight" as soon as you started eating/drinking again you'd gain it back so NO it's not 20 pounds that will stay off like doing things the right way.6

This community, regardless of way of eating, prioritises health above all. 20lbs in 2 weeks in not healthy at all, and therefore won't be condoned on this community.10 -

Water comes back. So does fat, if you're not careful, but water absolutely will.5 -

Losing more in the first little bit can have a lot to do with water retention, not actual fat loss.
100lbs in 6 months equates to about 4.2lbs per week. It’s a lot, but if you have a lot to lose, it’s do-able.
Like others have said, a 3500 calorie deficit is equal to 1lbs of fat, so in order to lose 4.2lbs per week, you would need a deficit of 14,700calories per week, or 2100 calories per day. That is a HUGE deficit, and likely very unhealthy. Even if you decided to aim for that, your body would be so tired, and you would be so cranky.
