    Hi guys, my name is Lewis I was given a Fitbit as a Christmas present and now I've signed up to Myfitnesspal, really looking forward to using them together to track my calories in and calories burned. I would like some friends on here as I don't know anyone. I am a sports massage Therapist.

    Would love some friends for support/motivation. Started my diet early December but had time off over Christmas. Started again and I'm now in week 2. I have a fitbit and my goal this week is to reach 10,000 steps a day. So far so good!
