    I need advice on how to lose weight on my thighs and hips i do go the gym but i want know what machines are best im using the tredmil and bike at the moment

    Doesn't work that way. NO EXERCISE targets body fat. Exercise targets the muscles you're trying to work. Body fat is lost with a calorie deficit. Because of GENETICS, people will lose weight differently, so some will lose it in the upper body, others in the lower body, etc., while other body parts lag.
    You just have to be PATIENT and continue a consistent regimen of calorie deficit.
