:O( I'm sad that I missed my mini-goal.. but only by .80 so I'm going to leave my goals the same and hope I can catch up! I think I have officially slowed down from losing 2lbs a week.. that is sad, but as long as the scaled keeps going down I'll take it!

So I didn't quite make my goal (off by 0.8lbs) and I know it's my fault. There's been a lot this week and I haven't been on here like I should be and haven't been logging my food. But things should be going back to normal this week so the scale should keep moving down. I still think my final goal is realistic.0 -
Ok so I was able to make it to my changed goal and I am hoping that I will be able to make it to my final goal of 158. My weight loss is really slowing down, but I am still losing inches and i am getting nice looking muscles.

Had a great time on my vacation, did lots of walking...and no tracking of what I was eating, hence it is no surprise that I gained. I have really lost the plot here - I'm eating terribly, my weight is up by .8kg, and my motivation to eat well is very low.
I'm off my mini goal by 2kg.... And not really sure what to do from here.
I think the only way to go is to stick to my plan of eating all my cals each day, try to keep sugar down, and see how I go in a week or two.
On the bright side, I'm right on track with exercise - I ran 12km yesterday in training for my race in 3 weeks time
