Good afternoon, it appears I may be older than most of the people out here. I am 62 getting ready to retire, I am quite active but have always struggled with my weight.
Nothing like some peer motivation to keep you moving, I use my fitness pal regularly it keep me honest with respect to my calorie intake and give you a good idea of what you are burning while working out.

Took a short leave from here, but now I’m back and ready to roll out this weight loss journey. I’m currently 6’4” 300lbs, 1st goal is 280, then worry about the rest later. I’ve done it before but put it back on after a bad fight with depression. Here to fight! Add!2

I'm new to this community. I've been using MyFitnessPal for 3 years but never checked out the community. Always looking for more friends. My goal this year is to eat healthier, get rid of as many preservatives as we can. No more cereal, eliminating as much sugar as possible!
