Muscle soreness

Last time I used to work out, my muscles would be so sore after. Lately as I have been working out my muscles are never sore even though I always push myself during the workouts. Any thoughts on why this is? I can still feel my muscles building but I know the ripping and tearing of muscle through workout creates more muscle, so I was just curious as to if this is normal... lol

Your body’s adaptation is specific to the activity. It’s not uncommon to not get sore after working out. By the way, it’s not an indication of a successful workout, soreness is actually an inflammation response and is mostly caused by the eccentric (negative) part of the activity.0

Your body is getting used to the exercise, completely normal and as the above said its not an indication that your workout isn't doing the job.
