Thanks to the person who gave me hug yesterday. I think it may have kept me from going over the edge last night.

Stomach is more or less back to normal, though I swapped breakfast and dinner today because dinner is more gut-friendly. (The flu doc told me I ate too much fiber, and I seriously wanted to ask, "WTF?")

You're very welcome. I'm glad it helped. We are all in this together.

I've really struggled this evening. Caved in at 7.25 and had a chocolate biscuit. Did it make me less stressed?....NO, of course it didn't!
My cut off is 7.30 so technically no LNS but it was very close. A few years ago I would have had the whole packet (over a thousand calories) so 1 biscuit is progress.

My goal is no unplanned snacks.
Just ate a piece of chocolate cake at work. And then rearranged my food diary to accommodate it. Luckily i have cardio planned tonight.
