If keto helps you maintain a calorie deficit - then it works, because ALL weight loss methods are about a calorie deficit.

I follow the "ketogains" recommended way of eating. It has done wonders for me. I've lost around 75 pounds, but currently have stalled for a while. Before I used to take a lot of meds for diabetes, but now I take nothing... so that's always nice...2

I have been doing keto since around the 1st of November, I'm down 20 pounds a feel a ton better. I've stalled out at 20 pounds for the last week or so but will bust threw by end of this week.0

I started keto 9 days ago - lost 6 pounds and have lots more energy then I have in a very long time. I'm loving keto and will continue this way of eating long after I lose the 30 pounds I want to lose because I feel so much better already (I have been so exhausted that I can't get much done but now I'm bouncing around the house enjoying life again). haha -0

I started Keto on 1/2/18 and lost 15 lbs so far. I’m keep my calories to a minimum and don’t eat before 10 am or after 6 pm. I’m not sure if I buy into the time restriction for the purpose of getting to ketosis but it does limit my overall calories I consume in a day. I love what I’m eating on it but will definitely switch to a normal healthy eating plan once I get to my ideal weight. Eating steak, burger, bacon, cheese, etc. everyday is not good for your body long term!1

I’m working at about 90% keto. I’ve lost 66 lbs: 30 on Weight Watchers (May-October 2017), and 36 on modified keto (November 2017-present)!1

I'm just starting day 3. While I lost on mfp, I had cravings ALL the time. Low carb keeps me full, and not wanting junk. I love it!

I have been on Keto for about 2 weeks now and I love it! I've lost 10 lbs & feel great already. I miss my bread, potatoes, and rice, but there are great substitutions. Anyone looking to start Keto, please educate yourself. & most importantly, HYDRATE!1
