    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 79.4

    January 1: 79.4 kg = 175 lbs
    January 8: 78 kg = 172 lbs ( -3 lbs) I am joining in. Taking it month by month. January goal: 165 lbs (Counting all the water weight loss from starting a new diet.)
    January 14: 76.5 kg = 169 lbs (- 3 lbs) :smile: Good week for my weight loss. Feeling great!
    January 21: 75.5 kg = 166.5 lbs (-2.5 lbs). Tough week, but I overcame the urge to binge after a tough day. :)

    Weight lost this week: .8 lbs. This past week has been a little rough, lots of opportunities to go out with friends to eat (caved and went with them to this awesome Japanese restaurant and may have over did it). Not as much weight lost for the week, but I didn't eat super well and its a good reminder to get back on track. I'm still happy to have a downward trend though! This week I will focus on getting all the way down to 159.0 lbs.
