Goal weight for challenge: I would like to lose between 13 - 15 lbs overall for this entire challenge, which would bring my weight to 149.8 - 151.8 lbs.
*Changing my original goal before weigh ins really start due to the realization that my prior goal was unrealistic. It is unrealistic because I have lost 41.2 lbs already and am getting closer to my ideal weight. I will not lose as fast as I have been unless I choose to lose it in an unhealthy way. That is simply not a choice for me.*

Weight lost this week: 2.3 lbs. I've revised my Jan goal to get into the 159's. Its been going pretty good with eating well, meal prepping, and walking. Weekends are the hardest calorie wise, but I can still have fun without over doing it on "cheat" days. I really like doing this challenge. It's great to see my progress week by week and it helps to keep me motivated!!
