@Kullerva Sounds like a rough time, I'm sorry. Sometimes things like that make it hard to prioritize being healthy and mindful. Give yourself some love.1 -

I worked late, a very long day without enough food so I had to force feed myself a big meal before 8:00 to get enough veggies and protein AND not eat after 8 pm. Not ideal.
I put this in another thread, but I just want to briefly pat myself on the back: I got frosting on my hand setting up snacks for a morning program but I didn't eat it - Still no sugar even though frosting touched me, lol.3 - 
            LNS checking in seems a great idea; starting today, aiming for no more that 5 LNS in the next 30 days

Lost streak on Sunday night. Didn't even think about the time until I had finished gulping down the chocolaty biscuit.
Now aiming for a 10 day streak to finish off the month.3 - 
            I'm in. 8:15 pm and all is well. Though, I just had dinner.

I almost had a snaccident today then I remembered I had to track it and post so I said NO! Whew that was close lol3 -

I overate yesterday (Monday) by a little bit, and honestly Saturday, too. I didn't have added sugar and didn't eat after 8 pm, but that didn't mean I ate wisely. As much as I have been trying to change my attitude towards food, I still overeat when I'm not eating food I plan & prepare.4 -

Don't know why this has been such a tough month. My snacks aren't really high calorie, maybe a few crackers or a packet of instant oatmeal, but darn!3
