    Riding my motorcycle(s). Even on a more "relaxed" street ride I'm typically turning into a workout by working on some basic skill set I need for race pace.

    Dance around my house like an idiot to loud music. A few weeks ago I decided to put on my HRM and track during my dance session and holy moly 200 calories burned in 20 min!

    Ditto this. I rock out hard for about an hour. Solo dance parties for the win!

    Yup! I can easily get through an hour of nonsense dance moves to some good feeling music.
    Sometimes I throw in the chores as I dance for good measure, haha
