You are not stupid, you are not worthless, you are not ugly and you should never give someone who has vowed to cherish you forever the power to say these things to you.
Oh and when you turn 20, you should cut that birthday celebration in half if you ever want to handle the smell of jaegar-bombs again.1 -
I'd say Change your eating habits now. You're not going to be happy as a fat woman. I promise you that.0

They’re going to lose in 7, don’t go freeze your *kitten* off in the square.0

Go run before you know it you will like it and be 50 lbs lighter.0

Focus on who you are and what you have.
And not on who you wish you were and what you wish you had.
Focus on character over c@*k.
Word hard for the satisfaction. That is the ONLY thing worth having.
Challenge your fears more.
Learn to publicly speak ASAP.0 -
Trust your instincts and move on, you’re worth more than that.
Stop doing what’s good for everyone else to the detriment of your own happiness.
Don’t abandon everything you enjoy and are good at.
Don’t be scared to *kitten* up- everyone does, even if they pretend otherwise. It’s how we learn to grow if we pay attention.
Also, don’t smoke. Seriously.2 -
I forgot this one thing...dont do it...0

I'd say..."1988Me, I just want you to know...I know it seems cool right now, but that mullet has to go. Also, the tight concert shirt and the big glasses, not working for you my man"1

When she invited you to the city and colour concert it’s not a date, she’s trying to set you up with her friend again who you already warned yourself about in a previous post not to take to dinner.0

I'd need to talk to the pre-fattest me. The conversation would go something like this:
"You look great right now (yes, I know you see flaws, but overall, you look great). Don't lose that. As you progress in life, your jobs are going to get more and more sedentary. You will lose muscle. Your activity will decrease. You will be eating out more often. This is going to cause your body to change and you WILL start putting on weight.
Start making time for the gym NOW so you're not that 'slightly overweight used to be thin' 40-year-old behind a computer screen."2
