One note--the cocoa powder I use (Hershey's baking cocoa) is 10 calories a tablespoon--I don't know what kind the OP used.
Made the low cal brownie in a mug last night. It was so simple and just perfect for my after dinner dessert. Thanks for sharing.0 -

Does that really taste good? It seems super synthetic but really easy to put together. I hate having a whole cake lying around when all I am really craving is a single portion of something sweet0

I want to try to make that almond milk ice cream that i've seen on this site to top my baked banana with!
That sounds fantastic! I have been dying to make a good Almond Breeze ice cream. Post if you do try this and it works out!0 -

I just made a brownie that I like to think was pretty healthy... and pretty tasty, considering.
2 T. unsw. cocoa powder
1 T. flax seed meal
1/2 T. honey
dash vanilla
dash cinnamon
8 Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, chopped finely
1 egg
Mix everything together and nuke it for a minute. Remove from mug/bowl and allow to cool.
Texture's pretty good, not fudgy like a boxed brownie, but not pasty either. Comes out pretty clean from the bowl and has a good not-too-sweet chocolate taste, similar to a cakey homemade brownie.
200 calories, it seemed to hit the spot for me. I might like it sweeter next time, maybe I'll try stevia for lower-cal.0
