Oh, don't get me started on shoes!!! I'm one size off from not fitting womens shoes at all, and the pretty shoes in my size are usually sold out! Good thing I can't afford them anyway... hopefully I'll lose a size or two when I get to my goal weight (got like 135lbs to lose, so who knows?).
Are you a size 5? I’m a 5.5 in some brands and it’s like they don’t even exist
It doesnt help with dressier stuff BUT this means you can get cheaper sneakers in the kids section!0 -

I'm 5'4.5". Wish I was half an inch taller because I always have to round up, lol! (another reason why metric is better IMO).
I wish I was taller so I could eat more and yeah, reach the top shelves at the store, but really, I never have to touch up clothes because everything fits me length wise, so the trade off is worth it.0 -

I’m sneaker adverse. Hence the name.
Give it a few years... stilettos might just become available in the kids section.0 -

I am 165 cm, so around 5'5? Perfectly fine, I wouldn't change it if I could.0

I'm happy at 5'7". My fiance is 6'3" so I definitely wouldn't want to be any shorter - I already have to crane my neck to kiss him. 5'7" seems like a pretty standard height for women so it's very easy to shop for clothes, which is a nice bonus.1

Well, its not likely to change so...Ima go ahead and be good with it.3

5’2. I can’t reach anything! I constantly need to ask for help at the grocery store, and I keep a step stool in most of the rooms in my house.1

I am 5'8" and have always always loved being somewhat tall. I was 5'6" as a child so I really expected to be six feet as an adult but stopped growing at 13. I wouldn't even have minded that, honestly (being super tall). I feel like with most men I'm right around their height or shorter.0

Hey, at least we get a discount at the bingo hall and get to play chess in the park now and not look weird. Also, it was just a "social experiment".0 -

Ah, I quit reading once I got caught up in my own mortality. Was that the story?
I was personally looking forward to the early bird specials.

I'm perfectly okay being 5 feet tall except when I gain some weight and look like a baby walrus.1

When I was young my height frustrated me more and I did feel negatively about it. I was always the shortest in my family and had many experiences of people holding things out of reach because it was funny to them. I remember not being able to see in tbe bathroom mirror for a long time or be able to reach the pull chain on the lights without standing on something. I had to sit on everyone's coats in the movie theater to see the screen. I would get frustrated at tall people walking in front of me because I could not see around them. I never felt more attractive or feminine for being smaller. I didn't know any guys shorter than me.
Being smaller I usually got a bad seat in the car. Having to practically run to keep up with people with longer legs.
I ended up at 5'4". I am mostly okay with my height. I married someone a few inches taller than me and it is nice being near the same height. I have a step ladder I use almost daily in my kitchen. Pants are often a bit too long if I don't get the petite size or alter them. It is annoying when children are suddenly taller than me... I enjoy being taller for a few years.
I do not wear high heels.
