Hello,
I am a recently retired person who track my own exercise with a spreadsheet but decided today to also start tracking what i eat. After reading several eye opening books that profoundly changed how i think about food and nutrition and getting some not so good bloodwork results i decided to make some changes. I recently had some fairly major surgery on my shoulder and biceps so have had o modify my fitness approach. I am looking forward to using this tool and perhaps making some new acquaintances.

Good questions. Probably yoo many yo list all but ere are a few.
Deep nutrition by dr. Catherine shanahan
Good calories, bad calories gary taubes
The great cholesterol myth dr. Stephen sinatra and jonny.bowden
Why we get fat gary taubes

One of the ways in which these and other research i did profoundly changed my thinking is i for along time thought people were fat be ause they were sedentary/lazy or ate too much and i no longer believe that. Not trying to change anyone elses opinion however.
