Sweet Treats

As a sugar junkie, there is a lot of great advice on here.
Fat free low fat snacks are always a choice. But be careful as they can make you want more since you believe ita healthier. And the added chemicals to make up for removing some of the fat are also not great.
If you crave something particularly sweet, just eat it, but be mindful of the amount. And make sure it is not an everyday thing.
I also keep a stock of jello and cool whip handy as a low calorie sweet treat to kill cravings.
Just keeping a good attitude, even with minor setbacks though, is the best thing you can do.0 -
I freeze bananas and eat them. I know it sounds funny, but it seems more like a dessert once they're frozen.
Try throwing them in your food processor! It comes out like frozen yogurt. I like to add some peanut butter. Best part is I can eat it for breakfast and feel like I'm eating ice cream!0
