Have one cup Greek yogurt 0% plain. Add one table spoon peanut butter. And one no calorie sweetener. I am eating it in my breakfast for one month. It full of protein.5

Try the breakfast cookie recipe by MFP. You can bake ahead of time & chill. I like to eat 3 or 4 with coffee. It has bananas, oats, & chocolate chips ONLY-super easy, tasty, & low on calories!4

Cottage cheese with 1 Tbs of sugar free Smuckers Strawberry Jam - Yummy!1

*I like overnight oats (steel cut because they are so nutty and yummy) with craisins and pecans, cinnamon and maybe a spoon of 1/2 & 1/2 if my projected count can take it.
*I like the prefab soysauge patties, hot and spicy, sliced to make 4 rounds, brown in Pam spray and have on whole wheat, maybe a bit of all fruit jam for the hot and sweet effect. Great to-go sammy. Once in a while its ok with me, I have no qualms about the gmo soy.
*Some avocado scrambled in my egg white, with spinach, shrooms and a sprinkle of chives or green onion top is a big winner and frequent flyer.
*Barley cooks up nice for a quick hot ceral with a different flavor. Good grain. Top with fruit, a touch o' brown sugar or honey.
*If you do green chile, lightly stuff a cpl whole ones with fat free cheese. Lay in Pam sprayed pan. Pour over egg white scrambled with herbs and onion. Bake till eggs set. Top with light spinkle of fat free cheese or salsa.Breakfast rellenos. This recipe came from Eating For Life.
I love breakfast.5 -
This morning I had a slice of whole grain toast with avocado and a small bowl/large cup of homemade vegetable soup (potatoes, turnips, carrots, onions, celery, etc.) with a half an ounce of dry salami sliced up in it. And black coffee.
You don't have t eat only "breakfast" foods for breakfast.1 -
Bagels
Toast with Greek yogurt
Banana
Cheese sticks
2 -
left overs from the last nights meal.. you dont have to have eggs2
-
Have a variety of choices to choose from. That way, you don't get sick of any of them.3

I love the concept of breakfast foods anytime, same goes with lunch or dinner. Eat what you love no matter what time the clock says!2

Steel cut oats (made with milk+water).....add cinnamon and chopped banana. I make a big batch and portion it out for the week.0

Eat whatever food you like, it doesn't have to be "breakfast food"...this morning I had a leftover stuffed red bell pepper from dinner last night.
I make a lot of stews this time of year and will often have leftover stew for breakfast.
Grilled trout with some rice or potatoes is one of my favorites...but usually only camping.
I'm planning on a burrito tomorrow morning.
ETA: I also love eggs...and you can cook them in so many ways and add various things to them.1 -
As people said, eat what you like! Personally, I like "breakfast" foods for "breakfast". My personal favorites:
Toast and avocado
Spinach & fruit smoothie (usually strawberries and blueberries with vanilla protein powder and water)
Protein shakes1 -
my faves:
Toast and avocado with or without an egg on top is so good and good for you
Plain Greek non-fat yogurt with 1/2 banana or other fruit and a sprinkle of your fave healthy granola
quinoa (usually leftover from dinner night before) with veggies and an egg

Dr. Praeger's Spinach or Broccoli cakes. Good stuff!0

Here is mine
- I get two types of yogurt in fridge - non fat (chobani with fruits 120 calories no fat) and strawberry oui (French style 160 calories and fat). I switch them periodically
- low fat cottage cheese small amount
- Rice pudding 1/4 of cup (with yogurt above)
- Miso soup (dashi style is my fav) high in sodium but super low in calories (like 40-60 don’t remember
- Homemade farm cheese (1 buttermilk portion to 2 milk (traderjoes) mixed overnight for 10 hours then 40-45 min on yogurt regime in instant pot, then drain)
- Eggs different styles!
- I stay away from grains and breads (unless there is a cake) so those are my favs.1 -
unflavored protein powder can be mixed with anything. I like it in 5 calorie juice with some ice to thicken it a bit. Collagen protein powder can be mixed into hot things without clumping (or so I hear, still waiting for mine to come in the mail). Either can be mixed with milk for cereal or oatmeal, pancakes, etc.2

As a breakfast side dish:
- 1/4 cup uncooked Grits, this kind.
- 1 ounce each chopped onion and jalapeño sautéed together.
- ½ ounce chopped sun-dried tomatoes, about 3 halves.
- 2 ounces cooked and drained sausage (optional).
- 1 cup stock or water.
1 -
Kale, onion, mushrooms, and assorted veggies cooked down. Then add whatever meat you enjoy - like a mini stir-fry.0
-
garlic cheese grits.
1 -
56g Oatmeal with a couple of teaspoons peanut butter0
-
My four favorite breakfasts:
- Chocolate shake: 1 scoop of Vega One protein powder with 1.5 cups almond milk (you can use any milk) & ice cubes (260 calories & 22 g protein total)
- Banana shake: 1 banana, 1.5 cups almond milk, ice cubes (~190 calories & 3-4 g protein total)
- 2 slices of toasted Ezekiel bread with 1/3 avocado and egg white tortillas (~272 calories)
- 2 slices of toasted Ezekiel bread with 4 tbsp PB2 (peanut butter powder mixed with 2 tbsp water) and a banana (340 calories)
0 -
My favorite
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 table spoons peanut butter
One big bowl cherios
1 banana
1 apple
4 eggs
Chocolate milk
Depending on day I change the fruit or have orange juice instead of chocolate milk0 -
My 2 go tos are:
1) A serving (40g) of plain quick oats, 1 packet of Splenda and 60g of Blueberries
2) Egg Muffins (which are basically baked ahead of time, like mini quiches, they are easy to vary, put different things in them weekly) and a serving of pre-cooked turkey sausage or bacon.
I switch between these at work. Weekends usually 1 over easy egg and a good slice of bread. Sometimes I get fancy and make bacon or cut up cherry tomatoes.0 -
Oat and Banana pancakes
Mix the following in a blender (I use my Magic Bullet):
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 of a banana sliced
1 egg
a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice
I like to eat mine with some whipped cream (no sugar added) sprinkled with walnut pieces and chia seeds.
They also store really well if refrigerated. I sometimes eat them as snacks paired with 1/2 cup of Oikos vanilla yogurt.

Equal parts Tater Tots, Frozen Onion Rings and Jalapeno Poppers. Chop them up, add chopped bacon, green onions and Parmesan cheese.
Put them in your waffle maker. Crispy and delicious. I make them for my wife every Sunday with her Omelette.1 -
Hey! I love mixing Granola, Vanilla Yogurt, and fresh fruits together for breakfast; today I mixed raspberries and blueberries in yogurt and granola, my granola is specifically Honey Granola by True Goodness with 6g of protein per half cup. I’ll also do instant pancake mix and throw in some fresh fruits like bananas or blueberries once it’s on the fryer, finish with low carb syrup and low calorie butter. I use country crock, which is just vegetable oil so it’s vegan. I also enjoy oatmeal mixed with chia and flax seeds for protein and fruits to get me going. Mandarin oranges and bagels are good for a quick breakfast on the go. These are my simple plans.0

Keto pancakes without Flour. Easy and quick.0

Lately I've been eating Quaker Protein Triple Berry Instant Oatmeal (not sure if that's just a Canadian product?) with a tablespoon of PC vanilla bean whey protein mixed in. Works out to 148 calories, 10 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar. Quick and easy, tastes delish and healthy!0
