    ..1st Jan: 62.9kg/ 138.38lbs :( Back to same weight this time last year, lost and regained 10kg over the year.

    14th Jan: 59.9kg/ 131.78lbs :neutral: went back up but pulled it back
    21st Jan: 61.2kg/ 134.64lbs :neutral: still struggling
