I was not "behaving" last week, and then this weekend I was out of town... I decided to weigh a day early (usually Wednesday) to see how the weekend went. Happy to report, I have hit that 5lb goal!

I have really transformed myself in 2018. Meal prepping, no snacking, calorie deficit every day, gym 4 times a week. So far I'm feeling great and I really can't wait to smash the rest of this year!!3 -

14th Jan:59.9kg/131.78lbs went back up but pulled it back
21st Jan:61.2kg/134.64lbs still struggling
