After gaining a lot of weight and feeling rubbish, I have now decided to cut out processed, chemical filled crap and eat only whole foods that I can make meals from instead of convenience foods. I enjoy cooking but have slipped somewhere along the way. I am really enjoy the food and my new mantra is to eat a rainbow (fruits and veggies - not skittles
