Great job everyone!
Vic, thanks so much for doing this! I revised my mini-goal and my challenge goal weight because I seem to be stuck in a rut. I'm gonna work hard in these last few weeks to get to my challenge goal weight.

When I came back from my holidays I was at 222 lbs but at least this week I did lose it back and I am almost back on track with 218.7 lbs. I did not make my mini goal but I want to keep it the same, because I will push myself more this month. Done with the holidays out of town and I am back to losing weight, no more excuses.

Happy its a loss, my back is feeling so much better and now I am working on my food intake and starting exercising again hoping to hit the 120's soon!0 -

but at least a slow and steady loss
maybe that will mean I will keep it off
I think my goal was 190 but
I will be happy to make it to 208
giving me a total weight lost of 30#
If I could make it to 200 that would be even better
but that may be the goal for my next challenge0 -
