Well, I'd like to not be super slow when running the bases and I just want to fit into my shirts better, while not having those awful underarm wings.[/quote]

I don't think it will 100% get rid of the "wings" but triceps exercises should help tone up your upper arm and improve your long ball!

I wouldn't shoot for any more than 1.5 pounds a week and that's pushing it. Youll lose a lot of muscle in the process. You should really try to drop a pound a week. So your looking at about 17 pounds while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible.

Is it not possible to gain muscle whilst losing body fat? I was watching a "perfect physique" documentary on Netflix and they were talking about how they have figured out how to gain muscle while losing body fat. They just didn't say how.

I havnt heard of any way.

Hmmmm, any supplements you would recommend for the gaining of muscle part of it?

Protein and creatine are main ones that I see beneficial. Beyond that, there is a lot of sups out there but as to whether they actually work, your guess is as good as mine.

I would opt for either Keto or high protein diet for weight loss.

What about for gaining muscle? If I'm lifting, do I need carbs?

Don't need them.... Just an excess of calories and enough protein if you want to go the no carb route
