April Fools is on a Sunday next year. I will be posting my weight on Saturdays. I'll start with this past Saturday and I aim to be in the mid 170's by April 1st!

Nov. 11: 188.8 Wrong direction!!! But at least it's still in the 80's
Nov. 18: 189.6 So I'm REALLY upset with myself. And I thought absout lying and saying that I couldn't weigh today. But weight loss is not linear and I know I'll look back on this eventually and be totally over it because I'll have lost weight. The scale flashed 190.2 before changing its mind and I was really upset. I need to SMARTEN UP. This time next week the number gonna be different. Promise.
Nov. 25: 189.2 This past week is did better. I even saw 188.4 before yucky TOM hit and made me feel all bloated and nasty. At least this is still technically an improvement on last week. I'm feel more in control now which is good. The closer Christmas gets the more I realize that my mini goal of 184 is not realistic. So I've changed it to 187.0. Maybe I'll be able to see 186.0 by New Years Day?

I promised myself I will NOT go back into the 190’s again and I’m getting too close for my comfort of doing that. I will start logging again today and stay the course! I am still here too, struggling, but here! I don’t think I’ll reach my goal in 8 weeks but I know I can get on the right track by then.

Saw a loss last week. Felt kind of cruddy last week but I got my 10k steps in every day and went to my personal trainer for all my appointments (though I had to move leg day because man oh man was it not on for Monday.) I'm feeling much better now.

As of today 2/23, new ending goal weight of 175. I I’m going to try to lose 10 pounds by April 1st. I haven’t done well with this challenge at all. Overall I’m still down 6.2 pounds since I started this challenge in October. Better than gaining but wow have I let myself down. I’m giving it everything I have till April. Then new challenges!
