Reintroduction - Keto/PCOS

Hi friends! After a six month plateau (before which I lost 35 lb), I’m ramping up my efforts and going full keto. I’m 26 years old, married, working full time and taking classes towards a masters degree part time. I have PCOS, which is why I think keto will be effective. Be my friend?
