I’ve had my focus on many mini goals through the 65 lbs I’ve lost. Right now it’s getting down into a size 10 jeans! I’m a comfortable, somewhat loose 12 right now...haven’t been a 10 since high school.10

I really want to be able to run the Race for the Cure 5K in May. Right now I can only run for about 10 min/ .8 mile (at the very beginning of my workout haha) so I'm starting C25K this weekend and my first mini goal is to be able to run a mile without stopping.7

Even if you can't run the whole thing, do a run/walk for it. It's for a good cause.
But C25K is a good program to get there.6 -
Ugh!! I was just looking over this thread and found my post from 1year ago...my mini goal then was to get in the 120's. I've since then gained 15 lbs, and my current mini goal is to lose those 15 lbs and get back to the weight I was a year ago!

I want to get to my goal of 160 lbs by the time I go to see my daughter at WVU for her sorority (Delta Gamma) Family Weekend celebration in April. 16 more pounds to go. So far I'm down 56 lbs.9

My mini goal is 190 and I keep dancing around 192 but I'm going to go hard this week and get to it by the end of the week! I'm so determined!10

This week I’m trying to stick under my calories for 5 days and maintenance for 2. I read this somewhere here and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. It will still make you lose weight but also allows for two days with a little more room to spare. Also, when I say under calories, I mean under 1860. So nothing crazy like only a thousand calories a day. Nope. Just most days under 186010

1. In the next two weeks, add running mileage up to 20 miles a week. Do this by lengthening my short runs and finding at least one new route. After I get to 20 miles a week, stick there for a while and work on speed a bit more until maybe mid May.
2. Today, I am aiming to closely monitor my intake so I will actually see some loss at weigh in tomorrow! Cool something healthy tonight so I have options the next few days for something with vegetables and maybe meat. Generally, focus on tracking at least 3-4 days this week and split my lunch into two mini snacks totaling no more than 400 calories.
3. Three weeks from now, be down to 182/183, which will be normal BMI!6 -
I went a off track for Nov-Jan and regained about 10lbs. Current goal is to lose those 10lbs and get back below 200. Should get there by the end of Feb.6

My husband just told me that he no longer wants to be married to me. I want to show him what he is missing out on. I have a little bit of the revenge bod streak running through me at the moment.47

I planned my meals for the next two weeks. My goal is to actually stick to the plan, and get in those eight servings of veggies I said I was going to challenge myself to. Payday is today, and grocery shopping is tomorrow.
Goal is also to come in at/under my calories for the next two weeks. I can do this.5 -
Trying to lose weight before pregnancy! Want to be a healthy fit Mama with not a ton to lose after the baby is born. And number one, I want to have an easier pregnancy. I am currently 167 lbs and want to get to 149.9 LOL6

My next mini goal is 257. I was at 258 at my lowest 15 years ago after losing 45 pounds on the Atkins. Now I’m at 267 after losing 100 eating better.12

I just recently started the Strong Curves program, so I have a mini goal not to talk myself into skipping any of my workouts for the first four weeks of the program (which I've had a habit of doing in the past).
Mini goal of losing 5 pounds before a really good friend's birthday weekend (March 17th)
After that the goal is to lose the last 5 pounds before Memorial Day weekend as well as to complete two out of three programs for Strong Curves (12 weeks each program) before traveling to England with my boyfriend this fall!
Also have a goal of subtly helping motivate my boyfriend on his own journey. He put on 40 pounds after moving to college a few years ago and has talked about wanting to lose weight, but not made an effort to change his lifestyle. Once I started getting serious about my own goals, he's now talking about buying himself a weight set and is (slowly) making healthier decisions regarding food choices. So far he's down 2 pounds since I've been up visiting him (will be two weeks since I got here on Thursday!).7 -
First goal : have same bmi as my brother.
Second goal : same bmi as my mother.5 -
ONE. MORE. POUND. to get to 135. This latest 5 has taken forever and keeps getting masked by water fluctuations.
Next: 130 by my sister's wedding at the end of May.11 -

I actually just hit a mini goal about 1 week ago.. I got to 230 from 325 which is where I started from in August 2017. I want to loose another 5 lbs by march so I can say I have lost 100 lbs. My next mini goal after that will be to hit 220 by april, 210 by May, and 190 by July I want to hit onederland so badly and I'm only 31 lbs away.23
