Now my next mini goals are reaching 20 lbs lost at 186, then reaching 182, which is what I weighed at a doctor's visit years ago, and always want to be at or lower when I go in for a check-up. Then 25 lbs lost at 181. So every few lbs will be motivating!
I got to 182.6. Now my next goal is 174, when I will finally be overweight and not obese. Only 8.4 more pounds to go!4 -
My first goal of this year was to be healed and strong enough to out of “the boot” and off crutches after Achilles surgery (12/19/17) by end of February! And No crutches the last 10 days! And Doc says boot comes off the 14th! ... second goal is to be down to 185 by end of February (12/19/17 weigh in on surgery day 203.7) next Goal is to complete a 30 day raw vegan challenge!1

To get down to 145. I'm currently like 154.6 as of Wednesday. I haven't been that weight since high school2

Made my February 1st goal (175lbs). Goal is 170 by March 1st.3

I just realized my birthday is in two weeks (Valentine's Day). So I'm going to make that one of my short term motivations.4

I'm in onederland. First time since I was maybe 14 or so. I'm still stunned at how easy getting around is at this weight. Isn't life grand.17

I’ve had my focus on many mini goals through the 65 lbs I’ve lost. Right now it’s getting down into a size 10 jeans! I’m a comfortable, somewhat loose 12 right now...haven’t been a 10 since high school.10

I really want to be able to run the Race for the Cure 5K in May. Right now I can only run for about 10 min/ .8 mile (at the very beginning of my workout haha) so I'm starting C25K this weekend and my first mini goal is to be able to run a mile without stopping.7

Even if you can't run the whole thing, do a run/walk for it. It's for a good cause.
But C25K is a good program to get there.6 -
Ugh!! I was just looking over this thread and found my post from 1year ago...my mini goal then was to get in the 120's. I've since then gained 15 lbs, and my current mini goal is to lose those 15 lbs and get back to the weight I was a year ago!
