Haven't been able to swim as my cut finger got infected and I need to continue to keep it dry. Have been feeling quite poorly as a result but the meds are kicking in now and I think it's on the mend. Disappointed it was only 1lb off this week, but there you go. Any loss when I've been such a couch potato is pretty good, I guess. So I'll just continue enjoying all the lovely seasonal fruit and hope for more progress in the next week. Then it's the challenge of going to the land of crab sandwiches and cream teas for a holiday!0 -
Not impressed with my weigh-in but after the week i've had i'm suprised i didn't put any on!

Mad I didn't touch my treadmill this week but happy I still lost!!!! 1.2 lbs down from last week. 210.8 to 209.60

So far we are looking great as a group. Hang in there everyone you are doing great. I look at it this way as long as you are maintaining or loosing weight you are doing great. We have several who lost 2 pounds and more. Congratulation to you all.0
