For weight loss is it more important to meet your daily fiber goal or daily protein goal?

I didn't even know there was a daily fiber goal. But I echo what what was said above.

For weight loss, hit your calorie goal.

For best health, eat enough protein, enough fats (as much as possible from healthy sources like nuts, olive oil, avocados, etc.), and so many varied and colorful fruits/veggies that you automatically exceed your fiber goal without paying the slightest attention to it. ;)

    CICO will ensure weight loss.
    With that said.....
    Don’t forget your Macros.

Both Protein and Fibre are the two Macros that support weight loss.
Protein and Fibre, feed your bodies systems, will help you feel full and support good health.
Keep an eye on these two Macros when planning your daily meals and snacks.
It may not be possible to reach the daily macro goals, while staying under your calories, but planning a well balanced diet, will help you meet your bodies nutritional needs.

With lower consumption of calories, I supplement with sugar-free citrocel fiber or stuff would pile up.
