Making soup and want to know what is considered a good serving!

    A good serving for what? You can eat as much as you like, or as much will fit in to your calorie goal...

    I can eat a big bowl of soup (like a 1L pudding bowl full) if that's all I'm eating for a meal.

    Whatever you can eat that doesn't make you go over your calorie limit! I don't consider serving sizes and tbh they're usually too small.
