1. 2,912 ~ 2,912 ~ 2,912 ~ My back hurting, car round trip 3 1/2 hours & niece's bday party...I know this will get better!

I started out in January ay 5000 steps a day. I decided I will increase my steps each month by 1000 steps, so February is 6000 steps a day. And each day i will hit my 5000 base. My monthly goal will be 170,000 steps. Let the journey begin!3
