OK guys you asked for another. Here is it...
Each person decides their own mode of exercise. Decide upon a goal. come here as often as you can and log your prgoress.
Unfortunately due too extreme cold and most unusual temps for us, a periode of illness, etc I was not able too meet my personal goal. We have only 28 days in February. That is going too give us THREE shorter days in a month...
I choose Walking as my goal. My personal goal is 100 + Miles.
I hope too be able too do some Exercise Biking as well. I do not count those miles because my bike is not up too par. It needs some work. So Biking may be a bit iffy...
SO COME ON MY OLD CREW! and hope too see some NEW FACES (well people lol) as well!

rccsinger I have never been able too reach that many miles! However during camping season I walk several times a day and have made around 140 I think. At age 65 I'm happy too be able too do what I do...
