Hi! I’m a keto follower too. My husband and I have been doing it for about a year, he has been pretty struck but I and much more strict this year. I just got over the keto flu....7

Can always use more friends following this! I just started a few days ago. I am starting to love it and man my blood glucose numbers are in the normal range! (i am type 2)
But I'm confused about the electolyte thing lol1 -
I started Keto March of last year - down 122 lbs and completely controlled my seizures (epilepsy was the reason I went keto). It's seriously the best thing I've done for myself.14

Thanks for sending up the flag! I started about 3 weeks ago. Did well for the first two (LOVED it actually) and then got the bug that's going around. Bad weekend and gained weight. A community makes the difference in this fight.2

We started keto for the second time 3 weeks ago. Sadly we had to go off of it for surgery, but now we are back!! So far 15lbs gone in 3 weeks!! Pinterest is your friend. I love looking for new ways to make old recipes. I really don't miss anything!5

On my second week of keto! Dropped 5lbs! Feel more energised and awake and my skin looks so clear and vibrant! Very happy so far!2

Yay for Keto!!! I'm almost 4 months in and just about 50lbs lost. It's totally worth it. Stick with it, it works!! I only have about 5-10 lbs till I will be happily in maintenance phase. Good luck everyone! It is an amazing way!3

Great to see this group emerge! Just finished a 7 day water fast to reset and get back to keto after having great results, but lost my way a bit over the Christmas and summer break. 6.5 lost from the fast and felt fantastic. Exercised the whole way through and felt great. Looking for Keto friends as well.4

Hi Ady_M, a suggestion for breaking a plateau would be to start intermittent fasting (IF), stating first with a 12 hour IF window, and building from there upwards to a 16/8 daily window - or even alternate day fasting when you feel comfortable. It really makes a significant difference in body composition. My single highest recommendation would be to subscribe to the 2ketodudes podcast. They have an excellent balance of science and easy keto listening, and will arm you with significant knowledge to progress your goals.4 -
I started Keto on Monday and my energy is considerably better! My macros are Fat: 162.93 g (76.14%) Protein: 94.85g (19.70%) Carbs: 20g net (4.15%). Please add me as a friend if you'd like. I could use all the insight I can get!1

Started my Keto journey 2 weeks ago. Down 16lbs. I can really feel the difference in my energy already! Still have a ways to go but I'm excited :-)2

Thanks for the advice. It’s been a hard process, as I increased my training, so losing fat, but gaining muscle. I’ll give the fasting a go.1
