Re-Starting for the 3rd or 4th time

I've used MFP in the past, but only to track calories. I was not consistent, nor did I change bad habits or start new good habits. I'm determined to make lasting changes this time. When I was in my 20's I could exercise a little and weight would drop off, not so anymore now that I'm in my late 30's. Looking to build a supportive group to keep myself accountable and help encourage others.
