How many calories are you eating a day?
One cheat meal will not make you fat. That sort of thinking says you may want to speak with a professional about what you’ve done.2 -
I dont really count them i just consume 2 meals a day morning egg white cottage cheese nd fruits. Lucnch raw chopped vegetable especially greens then evening just water1

Sounds like you're significantly undereating.4
-
Yeah, you’re not eating nearly enough to sustain your body. Speak to someone ASAP.1
-
I do have my protein at lunch too0
-
But if this is not normal then I probably talk to someone professional1
-
It sounds like you could be developing orthorexia - an obsession with eating healthy/clean foods. I'd definitely recommend finding a good professional to talk to. Good luck!2

I'd personally start with adding more healthy fats to your diet. It sounds like you mainly eat a lot of lean proteins and veggies, so your fat intake might be low. Fat is very good for you and can help fuel your brain! You could start with things like avocado, using more butter or oil to cook with, eating whole eggs or fattier cuts of meat.
There's no need to suddenly start trying to eat tons of pizza or french fries. Maybe just slowly introduce more food into your diet.1 -
I should probably up my calories intake then any suggestions of foods that yous can recommend0
-
-
So i cam still eat my vegetable and protein and good fats but just add up more to my intake and treat myself from time to time on burgers pizza and chocolate0
-
Wat about my water intake of 5 litre should i lessen this out0

For late snack wise i love berries nd all sort kind of frozen fruits to this i froze my own fruit the night before can i have this for snac with cottage cheese or greek yogurt nd almonds cause i just usually have the fruits by itself0

Today I started to have up my intake by breakfast egg white tuna nd broccoli nd avocado cook in olive oil then for lunch broccoli and boil chicken breast and avocado. Dinner would probably the same as lunch nd for snac at night i was thinkin frozen fruits with cottage cheese nd almond nd tablespoon of maple syrup. Is this a good start for me?? Thanks for all the reply starting to find the motivation from this reply THANK YOU ALL1

Eat "real" food. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins. Think of each meal as having three parts: protein (egg, cottage cheese, chicken...that's a breakfast lunch dinner sequence). Carb: Whole grain bread, potato, brown rice (b, l, d). Vegetable:...whatever. Then have fruit in between meals. Simple, easy on the brain(!) and the combination will keep you full. Take care.1

You are significantly undereating. 2 meals a day for your activity level is not healthy at all. Eating just cheese, fruit and after dinner just drinking water is not good for you at all. You'll need some more protein/cards in your diet.
There's nothing wrong with eating things like chocolate as long as you are able to fit it into your calories. I eat around 1450 calories a day and I always manage to have a little "cheat" during the day or even on the weekend. Food is food. All that matters is taking it in moderation. Having 1 pizza isn't going to make you fat, but I do suggest you speak to a professional about the thoughts and relationship you're having towards your diet/food in general.0 -

2 meals a day isn't the problem, the lack of calories is. There's also nothing wrong with just drinking water, if that's what you're implying. I basically just drink unflavored tea and water every day, nothing wrong with that.
I agree with your other points.2 -

I know that 2 meals a day is okay, I just meant that the two meals seem really empty and not have much to it. And I wasn't saying that there's anything wrong with water either! I just meant that after only having barely any calories during the day and then just having water it doesn't seem very good. All I drink is tea and water during the day as well, unless it's the weekend and I let myself have some soda.
I'm sorry if it seems like I was implying that there was something wrong with drinking water. I just didn't word it right0 -

Thats a good start.... I'll give you a tip though.
use whole eggs!
Egg whites are sad, and taste like rubbery snot on their own in my opinion. Adding at least one whole egg makes so much difference!
Try to get more variety too - add colourful vegies, and cook in different ways. Food doesn't need to be bland or boring.6 -
How many whole eggs shall i use0
