Sadly, I am just barely able to do a mile a day... So aiming for 7 miles instead of 25 is more realistic for me.0

Well I added biking as well so that it would be more realistic, but if you don't want to participate, obviously you don't have to.
It's just something to aim for.
Of course, do what ever you would like.0 -

Hah, I wasn't saying biking shouldn't count. I like succeeding
I've biked 5 miles today and will bike another 5 to get home from work!
I also took the dog for a mile walk.
I think personally I will try to get 10 non-biking miles in...

Soo for the weekly challenge, I ran 1.58miles today bringing my total to around 3miles for the week!!
How are you ladies feeling about this week? I know today that I had a very bad food day :ohwell: but I am hoping to make up for it this weekend!! Hopefully I come out of this weekend with a loss!!!0 -
