    I’ve been doing keto for over a month now and absolutely love it.. once you put your mind to it it’s easy.. Pinterest has a lot of good recipes btw..meal prepping for the week also helps a lot.

    Thanks! Yes I am meal planning as we speak. I’ve been looking up things for recipes. I need more on the go type of meals. Good luck to you as well!

    Turkey Brest , salami and pepperoni n cheese sticks are zero carbs so they are nice to go snacks.. pork rinds are zero carbs . Thank you!

    Yup! I got a little prepared today with snacks. I did also stock up on turkey breast, cheese, boiled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon (lox), almonds and all kinds of goodies. Have these coming tomorrow. tnh46ir7b9a4.png

    O my those look good! I heard that bone broth isn’t bad.! It’s unbelievable how much keto friendly stuff is out there
