I was exactly the same. It took me at least 4 months to start winning the battle! And still some days are harder than others.

I've had a habit of mindlessly munching of stuff so it was tough not to last night. Finally I just grabbed a book and went to bed very early. Once I was drawn into the book I forgot about snacking.5 -

I've had to modify my rules to what's "late night" snacking. If I'm just eating for funsies and boredom, yeah it's won. But if I've made that frikken granola bar apart of my day cause I haven't eaten much? Nah. That's my day lol5 -
