Hope it all works out for ya.2 -
This troll is having a bit too much fun agitating everyone @_@;;11

I'm surprised the moderators have allowed this to go on for 6 pages... there is nothing of value to anyone here, and the OP is clearly trolling the forum.
If that's not the case, then the OP needs to see a psychiatrist and a medical doctor for help; a bunch of random strangers on the internet are not going to be able to help.
Anyone who claims to be a teacher and believes they poo pure sodium, and can't understand a simple plot point graph... and blames the scale for the cheat meal that they constantly (seems like what, once or twice a week!?) eat...
This thread is entertainment only.12 -
Well, beats shouty guy. At least OP spell checks.10

This is true!!!! Shouty-guy I can hardly understand half of those words typed, it's like it's barely English.
Oh, and I've stayed at 202-204lbs now for a month, so I'm going to go out back in the yard and put a few arrows into my digital scale (local ordinance won't allow me to fire bullets through it). That darn scale has it out for me, I swear it!
Stupid scale made me stop exercising and lifting weights about 4 weeks ago... that jerk!9 -
I never read shouty guy1

I been doing this for two years now, the daily weigh in always hoping for consistent change. It doesn't happen like that. Weigh in the morning and only once! Everytime you step on a scale you could be teetering, not standing still enough, a foot an inch to far here or there so the scale will fluctuate. It's not broken it's just how they work. I can step on my scale ten times and get eight different readings. Don't worry about the weight of your food, water retention etc. during the day. Those are not things you can control it's part of every day workings of your internal body. As for stahls they happen. I have had two major ones over the past four months. One lasted six weeks, I nearly drove my dietician crazy even she had no answer then it broke. Over a period of a few weeks I had a major loss. I am just now breaking free from a four week stahl. Your body tries to adjust to whatever it needs to do to stay alive. If you starve it then it will hang on for dear life to the fat and water. Eventually it grows to weak if you have the patience to stand your ground with your calorie deficit and it will give up. Just as you think you got this it will muster enough strength up to hang on again. Our bodies are made to survive the most brutal of elements be it starvation or glutteny. Be patient with it, if you stand your ground long enough you will win. Good luck!1

Okay. But are you willing to listen to the advice given, or are you just venting?3 -

Yeah, you are... and honestly you seem to be bound and determined NOT to listen to anything we are suggesting and quite clearly demonstrate an unhealthy relationship with both food and an obsession over weight. You need to speak to a doctor, and specifically a psychiatrist based on your self-professed behavior.
When it comes to this darn scale business, you are acting like an insolent child. I am sorry if that hurts your feelings, but it's the truth and the sooner you realize that there is something emotionally wrong here the sooner you can get help and bring balance to your life.
The way you've explained your behavior thus far leads us/me to think that you are heading down a destructive path. Don't do that to yourself. We are a community here to help, so maybe some tough love will kick you in the pants hard enough to act on it.10 -

You are either a troll or you have some real emotional issues that you should work out with a psychiatrist. If you are actually destroying scales, freaking out over half a cupcake (per your other thread), etc., you have more problems than those of us on MFP can adequately address.6
