I had set a goal of sub 195. I know decided on a date, 3/19/2018 - 13th anniversary3

Mini goal is 3 pounds this month (before the end of February)3

This is a tiny goal - but I want to lose the 0.8 lbs I gained over the past two weeks -by Saturday morning. It should be mostly water so with prudent nutrition and water, it should be long gone by then.4

Current Mini Goal: Need a new bathing suit before Florida in May because all the ones I have will be too big/revealing3

To break into the 180's by next Monday! At 192 right now!5

Went for an all day ride yesterday - and the bad leg held up pretty darn good. It's tired and sore today, but the fact that riding was that much easier than it was a few months ago is kinda huge. Couple more weeks before I test it on track, and just under 5 weeks until race season starts, so hopefully it'll be that much better by then!!3

My Dr wrote me a note to set my official WW GW at 184#
Last week I was 188#, half my SW of 376.
So after five years, losing 188# my MINI GOAL is to lose four pounds!
WW recently changed their program and I gained in January! I’ve adjusted and have lost what I gained.
Mini goals are an excellent way to get to your MAXI Goal! IMHO19 -
To be down 12 lbs by the time my sister comes to visit me at the end of March!2

Just got an invitation to a wedding this summer. I hope to be back down to 180 lbs by then, which would be my lowest weight since college.3

First Cruise on March 8th!! I want to feel & be confident. Also completing my 8 week Fitness Blender Workout2

Mini goal is to fix the chain on the rowing machine and introduce an evening workout. It comes off every so often, methinks the kiddies have been on it again, but no-one owns up!5

Sooooooooo with you!!! Just to get under 200 will be a major milestone for me because I haven’t been there in a bit, lol ... The good thing is when I tell people what I weigh they are shocked. The fact that 60% of my body is muscle really helps. BUT I’m still overweight3 -

Just to lose one pound per week. My mini goal is to be at 152.5 lbs this Sunday, down from 153.5 last Sunday. I'm finally feeling ok about taking it very slowly.8

Get my waist under 70cm (currently 73cm) and boobs under 90cm (currently 91cm), do a pushup without knees on the ground. I won't have a scale till May, so these NSV would be good till I see number victories.9

My mini goal is to be 70kg by the time I go on holiday mid April. My most recent weight is 75.2kg so a bit of a way to go and not confident of making it.4

I made it! I wanted to make sure I was going to stay under 200, but I've been at 199 for three days now, so it's official. Now to make it to overweight!27 -
I was out of the obese BMI category as of this
Morning (190.6lbs!) so my next mini goal is to lose 2 stone (or 28lbs for my North American buddies!) so that will be in 4.5lbs then 15% of my body weight which will be in 8.5lbs!!
Plus my sister moved her wedding date from
October to July (urgh!) so although I won’t be at my goal weight by then, I want to be out of the overweight BMI category, so another 32lbs to go! My mid term goal, rather than a mini goal, but it will work!!14 -
My 30 something birthday is less than a month away and I am 4 lbs from my goal weight!
**I was 2 lbs away from my goal last month, but apparently celebrating with a weekend long binge of pizza and beer hurts more than it helps** oopsie

I'm 9lbs away from being in the 10 stone mark. Not seen that number since before my daughter was born 12 years ago. :-)10
