Over the hill, but still climbing

As recent as in my early 50s, I vowed I wouldn't be one of those people who let extra weight creep up on my. Jokes on me! After mid-50ish, it isn't as easy as it used to be to eat and exercise the weight away. So I need to refresh my techniques beyond treadmills and the weight room to tackle extra pounds and other sagging surprises. If this sounds like you, let's be friends and take on mother nature's tricks and be the best we can be. Look forward to our success! Now, on to MFP day two...

49 here and trying to focus on eating healthier and lose a few pounds along the way. It can be hard when it’s Valentine’s Day and Girl Scout cookie time in the same month. Lol1
