I told myself I would post results here when I was at my halfway point... but that didn't happen. I still have a bit to go, but here's where I am so far!
Pic on the left was April 2016 (please excuse my crazy hair ), and the pic on the right is January 2017, with about 40 lbs difference.

From March of last year - weight unknown but size 14/16 - to now - headless photo taken last night at 136 pounds and a size 8. My original goal was 140; when I reached it, I decided to go for 135 and when I get there, I might drop a few more, depending on what I see in the mirror.
For weight loss, I eat what I want for the most part, as long as it fits into my daily calories.
For fitness, I practice yoga 4 times a week and strength training 3.

This is the midway point down from 265 to 206. Fell off the wagon over the last year do to the death of my father and older sister, but back on track and down over 20lbs since first of the year. Could not have done it without the help of MFP!!109 -

I'm not done yet but I'm closer than I was and also halfway. I had 30 kg to lose which seemed like an impossible task. I'm down 13.9 kg, from 98 to 84.9.
Excuse the nudeness. I've done this slowly since last year October so no rush. I'm banting which works best for me. It's become a lifestyle and my foods are more exciting than ever before. Can't wait to post my goal weight photo!

The weight scale isn’t accurate if it’s on carpet. It has to be on hard surface.
True but I'm guessing that in this case, placement of the scale was just for purposes of a photo op. Unless, of course, the young lady wants to move the scale every time the door is opened (noting the door swings toward the door stop on the baseboard...unless, of course, there is another door somewhere on the wall to the left of the doorstop)

I have the same shirt I used in my before picture - those 2x shirts make nice sleep shirts, or I'm too lazy to really get dressed so I'm going out in yoga pants and a giant t-shirt shirts, lol.
Before pic on left from July of 2014, 269 (31 pounds from highest) and right are today, weighed in at 184.8.66 -

Progress pics are what keep me motivated. Its so easy to get off track, but keeping those before/after pics around really remind you to trust the process.
