MFP SW 210
R29 SW 189.2 EW 186.6
R30 SW 184.6 EW 182.6
I'd like to get to 180 this round.
02/07 183.6 I expected this, as I got a RED sodium warning when logging my food yesterday. I made some bad food choices for lunch and skipped dinner. I have to really work on eating out less. I take lunch to work and end up eating out anyway! Smh
02/08 182.6 Did cardio and weight training. Ate IN and stayed within my calories. Macros were pretty good also.
02/09 182.6 Feeling good. Still motivated to make good choices.
02/10 181.8 Yesterday was a hot mess. I was in a car accident. I wasn't hurt but was shaken up. Had coffee for breakfast, a lunch full of bad carbs, no dinner, and forget to log, so my streak is gone. But I'm glad I'm okay, and I'm thankful the scale was nice to me this morning!
2/11 182.4 I had vodka and pound cake. They were worth it!
2/12 182.4 Had a decent day that included an ER visit for muscle spasms. I didn't overeat, cooked and ate in, did a little ab work and 40 minutes of cardio at the gym even though I was exhausted. I was hoping to have a loss, but I'm thankful that I was able to push past the stress and make good choices. One day at a time…
2/13 182 I was sleepy after work bc I only slept 4 hours Sunday night, but I forced myself to the gym. I had a good jog and did arms, shoulders, a little abs, and a few squats. I ate back some of my calories, could've used more protein and water but had a good day overall.
2/14 181.8 I was mostly sedentary yesterday bc of work, and had no time to workout. I could've stood more water intake, ate dinner too late, but didn't give in to my sugar cravings.
2/15 182 Yesterday, I was able to fully jog the 1.84 miles of hills around my neighborhood for the first time in 2.5 years. Also, desserts are my weakness, and we had an abundance of cupcakes, muffins, cookies, and pizza at work, and I managed to refrain and chose my healthy lunch from home and a couple of pieces of fruit instead.
Most days, the number on the scale doesn't reflect my efforts, so I'm learning to lean more on the other “signs" to measure my progress and just use the scale as a supplement. The ability to make good choices, getting stronger, and building endurance tell me more and keep me going! Thankful for progress and the will to moving forward!
2/16 182.2 It's been a tough 10 days overall, but I made it! I'll be traveling to my mom's for the weekend, but I'm preparing to battle against no gym access, mom’s cooking, and all of my hometown favorites. I'm determined to win! Have a great weekend!!

R30SW: 122.1kg/269.2lbs R30EW:119.3kg/263lbs (-2.8kg/6.2lbs)
Goal this round: Stick below 120kg, would be nice to see a 1 - 2kg drop.
Day/Weight/Comment
02/07: 119.7kg/263.9lbs - The scales were laughing at me this morning, they showed: 118.5, 118.0, 117.7 before finally 119.7kg - I chose to take the last reading as I would hate to think I'm lower than I actually am. I expected to bubble up slightly so I'm quite happy. Good start to the round so far! Onwards and DOWNWARDS.
02/08: 119.8kg/264.1lbs - Scales gave me 4 different numbers... This is beginning to get a little frustrating. Probably going to have to invest in a new set of scales! The numbers it did give me were great, don't get me wrong. I just like numbers and would like them to be as accurate as possible!
02/09: 118.5kg/261.2lbs - Scales were finally consistent!! WOOOOO. Off to my better half's parents this weekend for a birthday, I'm excited though as I know I can 100% restrain myself from too much cake etc. Managed to fit in a retro jumper this morning (haven't worn for 6 months) which is a size large, I used to be XXL - huge NSV! TGIF.
02/10: 119.2kg/262.8lbs – Very indulgent day watching the rugby, eating cheese and going out for a curry. Celebrated a birthday and didn’t have any cake – winning.
02/11: 119.0kg/262.3lbs – Small drop from the previous, want to get back in the 118’s. Did have some cake today and more cheese haha however I did managed a 5.5 mile run through the Ribble Valley – It was incredibly scenic.
02/12: 118.9kg/262.1lbs – Back home in York, and my housemates accidentally switched my freezer off and over £50 worth of food has defrosted and had to be binned. What a nightmare aye, but we have managed to save a bit of meat and will be prepping meals tonight. Back to the gym tonight and hopefully I can shed some more weight before Friday!!
02/13: 117.9kg/259.9lbs – I hope this is correct!! Felt off in the gym last night so had to cut the session short, hoping to make up for it tonight. Feeling really fresh, meals for the week prepped and even had some pancakes today!
02/14: 118.2kg/260.6lbs – I expected to bubble up somewhat. I’m still happy, it’s nice to be down overall and there’s two days left!
02/15: 117.8kg/259.7lbs – I did not expect this; I went out for sushi followed by a few beers last night so I was very surprised I dropped. Let’s see if I can creep down a little bit more tomorrow. Nearly 2kg down this round!!
02/16: 117.6kg/259.2lbs – What a round!! Very happy. Well done everyone!

Day/Weight/Comment
02/07: 156.0 Alright same starting weight as last round. Goal is to just lose something this week. Ran 3.4 miles yesterday and it felt GREAT! Finally feeling strong and healthy after a few weeks of illness. Fingers crossed healthy stays!
02/08: 155.0 Good drop! Now to keep it or see it go down further. Plan is to get exercise in today and lots of playing in the snow with my daughter!
02/09: 154.4 Weighing in late afternoon when I usually weigh in the morning. Not complaining! Finally some movement down. Hoping to have a solid weekend with physical activity/exercise!
02/10: 154.4 Glad to see this number again and not an increase. I was good last night even though I was having late night snack cravings. Planning on going sledding with the kids today and that hill is a serious workout!
02/11: 154.6 Ate just slightly over yesterday but still a deficit. It's mid day here and I've already cleaned my house and got in 30 minutes of arms/abs. Likely I will be lazy the rest of the day but we will see.
02/12: 154.8 Ha I was thinking I had lost this morning until I opened this up! My upper body is sore today and TOM is around the corner!
02/13: 154.4 Back to my lowest this round. Noticing the need to eat a bit more ahead of TOM. Last night was a struggle after dinner as I wanted to eat everything! I settled on going to bed!
02/14: 154.2 Ran 3 miles yesterday. Ate/drank almost all exercise calories back. Enjoyed a few alcoholic drinks with the hubs. Expecting TOM today so likely to mess up my 10 day ending weight. We will see... Happy Valentine's Day!
02/15: Didn't weight. Busy morning and busy day.
02/16: 156.0 yikes. TOM finally arrived, I can feel the bloat this morning. Not how I wanted to end the 10 days but I know it's water weight.7 -
Round 10 - bring it on!
Round 22 start weight - 151.40
Round 23 start weight - 145.80
Round 24 start weight - 147.60
Round 25 start weight - 141.60
Round 26 start weight - 141.90
Round 27 start weight - 146.20
Round 28 start weight - 143.20
Round 29 start weight - 140.90
Round 30 start weight - 137.90
Round 31 start weight - 137.90
Loss to date - 13.5lbs
Avg loss per round - 1.5lbs
Goal for this round - minimum to lose the extra 0.50lb so my total loss since starting this will be a stone (only makes sense to those in the UK!) - ideally 137lb.
02/07 137.60lb - I think this is my lowest ever weight since I got married 17 years and three kids ago - the first of which was a honeymoon baby! So very happy with this for day 1 of this round. Lurgy just about gone now and felt like a really good PT session last night. No reason for it not to be a good day today too
02/08 136.70lb - 0.90lb down today - so goal reset for this round to 136lb. Never cease to be amazed how weight can vary from day to day. And I seem to have a really good round then it stabilises for a bit then I'm off again - But its all in the down direction at the minute. Weighing in daily has been a real eye opener for me
02/09 137.20lb - slightly up but was on target yesterday food and water wise and did a tough hours PT last night. So can only assume it was my carb heavier dinner (home made burgers and jacket wedges - yum!). Not upset - just a daily blip which seems to happen with me regularly but still down over a stone since November
02/10 137.80lb - slightly up for no reason I am really aware of - but happy with my weight at the minute and my progress - albeit slowed down slightly.
02/11 - didn't weigh - got a lay in this morning with a cup of tea in bed
02/12 - "ERR" - that was all I got this morning! Tried new batteries and got lots of flashing garbage on the screen and another "ERR" - so unless it is a personal insult directed at me I'm guessing my trusty old scales have given up. New ones ordered today so hopefully back to weighing in again tomorrow - although different scales can give a different reading so we will see. New scales also personalised to give Body Fat and BMI on screen so can track those measurements too - love a new gadget!
02/13 139.20lb - this is on a new set of scales and I am weighing in a different floor now. Also had a dine in for two M&S Valentines meal last night with hubby as he's working away the rest of the week so not sure how much of the weight difference is due to a new set of scales or the meal and wine!! Doesn't really matter as its all relative to today's weigh in from now on - just hoping that my new set of scales will be as kind to me as the last We shall see over the next three days.....
02/14 139.00lbs - down a tiny bit -which is all good as its down! Eating late tonight though - hubby away and youngest at a sleepover so out for a Valentines dinner tonight with my 15 year old when she finishes cheerleading at 930pm. Only going to Pizza Express so have allowed for the Leggera pizza and a small dessert in my daily calories and am going to try and get in a decent walk later weather depending......
02/15 DNW (day off work so had a cuppa in bed in the morning!)
02/16 140.00 NNNOOOO! Not happy with this at all especially as not eaten over calories the last few days - must admit water intake probably not what it should be over the last few days as been off work as kids school holidays and did eat out Wednesday (albeit within calories). Did have probably the hardest weights session I've ever done at the gym last night so not sure if that can affect water retention possibly ? Oh well - not finished anywhere close to what I wanted - girls cheerleading comp this weekend so will be inside the venue from 7am - 10pm for the next two days so food is hard (they only ever seem to sell junk at these events! Will take own food and try and keep fluids up). Back to normal Monday as kids back to school and back to normal work hours - maybe being out of routine isn't good for my weight - just my head!7 -

Back Again
02/07.. 143.4 At goal for last round.. Yeah! Did an hour pool exercise yesterday. Today -? I don't know but something. Goal for this round is to lose another pound so 142.4 Getting back to it. Been experimenting making my own protein bars. They taste great and are high protein, low carb and costs less than my favorite Quest bars.
02/08...143.4 50 min on ellip which is probably why I'm the same even after 2 small egg rolls. Today, protein bars, salad and eggs ...no wine.. I'd Like to see a drop.
02/09..144.2 Why the increase? Don't know. Made some cheesy cauliflower breadsticks; perhaps the salt in the parmesan? Ate clean except for 2 small cookies. No wine. I guess it's just fluctuation.
02/10.. 144.2 no exercise to speak of and indulged - martini and some pumpkin pie. Glad it's not worse. Today, exercise and clean eating. Cold Saturday here.
02/11 143.8 Exercised in pool yesterday... felt so good and good to know I don't need a class to do it. Sunday love to all.
02/12... 143.8 No exercise yesterday but walking around at a craft fair & antique shop. Ate most calories by mid afternoon. Can I get to 142.4in the next 4 days? Let's try.
I believe in my ability to lose weight and keep it off.
02/13..143.4 Hey! I'm back where these 10 days started! 70 min ellip and lots of veggies.
I crave fresh and healthy foods.
02/14.. 143.6 As someone else said, my body seems to like this neighborhood. I've been here forever. Did another 70 on ellip yesterday and ate clean, with plenty of veggies, with no eating back calories earned exercising. Had a glass of wine so maybe the increase and lack of decrease has something to do with that. I really want to get out of the darn 140's.
02/15...143.4 Back where I started. Went to gym but then to Chinese food after. Come on, Give me a Whoosh!
02/16..143.6 No exercise yesterday. Didn't sleep much the night before and low energy plus grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking and a huge piece of chocolate decadence cake. The piece of cake did me in. Spent the evening feeling very uncomfortable. Guess it's because my body isn't used to such a pig dose of sugar and carbs all at once. All well, here's to the next 10 days.7 -
SWEET! Here's to hoping that the WHOOSH comes again this round. Now, I just need to remind myself that "You've always been BEAUTIFUL. Now you're just deciding to be HEALTHIER, FITTER, STRONGER, and FASTER.
Remember that."
OSW: 202
SW: 159
GW: Anything less than 159 this week.
2/7: 157.4 SAY WHAT NOW?! "The first step to getting anywhere is deciding to not stay where you are."
2/8: 157.4 I really do believe this number will come up. I just can't believe my eyes and think this number is real. I didn't mention it yesterday, but I was in a car accident on the way home from work Tuesday night. No one was hurt and my car wasn't damaged, but my back has been really sore. God waa watching over me for sure. "She believed she could, so she did."
2/9: 158.8 I ate healthy. I ate within my calories, but what I ate had a lot of sodium in it yesterday, and I did not take in as much fluids either. I need to rectify that today. "Don't quit."
2/10: 158.2 I ate well yesterday, but I did indulge in 2 pieces of cheese pizza. It was "National Pizza Day" as my son reminded me. I stayed within calories and my carb goal though. So, I call it a win. However, I was so BEYOND full off those 2 pizzas. I'm not used to that many carbs in one setting anymore. Whew! "Be the girl that decided to go for it."
2/11: 158 Date Night with the hubby last night!!!! I haven't had any 1:1 time with my husband in about a year. We went to dinner and the movies. Unfortunately, dinner was awful, but it left tons of calories for popcorn at the movies and a soda. YUM! "You have to get yourself up every morning, and tell yourself "I can do this."
2/12: 158.6 Bounce...Bounce...Bounce..."It's Monday. Let's make this week better than last week."
2/13: 158.2 Show me the 157 something again. I beg of you. I am over this 158 ride. Yesterday was a true Monday. Lol I survived it though, and I put in more steps than I have in a very long time. Here is to another day. Good luck everyone. You can do it. "I may not be the strongest. I may not be the fastest, but I'll be damned if I'm not trying my hardest."
2/14: 158.2 Happy Valentine's Day everyone. "Love yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit.
2/14: 158.6 Heart Shaped Pizza and a Sprite...Valentine's Day splurge. "Believe you can and you're halfway there."
2/15: 157.4 I'd love it if this weight or around it could hold for the rest of the round. "It is unbelievable how enough you are."

02/15: 135.3 - I am not surprised. I’m feeling pretty bloated and backed up, the candy I ate last night, while within my calories, is not helping with that uncomfortable feeling. It’s also not unusual for me to gain a little water weight back after a whoosh.
02/16: 137.0 - what?! I can’t believe I’m ending the round back at this number! I guess it’s the French fries I had yesterday? Was up half the night with a sick kid, hands feel extremely swollen this morning. The water weight will come off.9 -
Another 10 days!! I started doing this challenge in Round 2...so this is my round 30...that will make 300 days of daily weighing and checking in by the end of this round (except for two trips I took where I didn't have access to a scale). For all the newbies...the fluctuations take some getting used to, but weighing daily starts to make you really aware about what affects your scale weight besides true gains/losses. Weighing weekly or less sometimes means you will miss your highs and lows and you also miss out on important trends.
SW - 182.4 - March 2017
Original GW - 145 - achieved in October 2017
New GW - 140
I was maintaining around 143 for a couple of months before Christmas and then things started creeping back up to 145. I'd like to get down to averaging 140.
02/06 - 144.8 - coming in from round 30...with a rolling 7 day average of 144.5
02/07 - 145.6 - finishing up TOM and haven't been great about keeping away from the carbs lately. I could totally just blame it on TOM but really I need to grab my water bottle and a piece of gum instead of shoving chocolate and bread in my pie hole....
02/08 - 146.6 - ARgh...no one to blame but me again. Did some baking to freeze for the kids lunches and did far too much sampling. Went to bed with crazy heartburn, haven't experienced that in ages so I learned my lesson.
02/09 - 144.2 - Yep...a low carb day can work wonders.
02/10 - 144.4 - So busy this weekend..just getting online now to post this morning's weight. Up early for hockey and didn't sleep well so that may explain the slight blip up, Kcals and activity were perfect yesterday.
02/11 - 143.4 - Up super early again for an away tournament...feeling very dehydrated, I'm keeping my water going in but this weather is sucking all of the moisture from my body!!
02/12 - 144.4 - hockey tournament days are hard for food...eating happens when and where it can in between games. Had way too many calories for lunch...but hardly ate anything for dinner...too much sodium for sure...
02/13 - 144.8 - made some poor choices food wise again yesterday...activity was good though...
02/14 - 144.6 - still hanging around in the 144's....Had a good day yesterday...pre-logged all my food and stuck to it. If I can keep doing that I'll get down to where I want to be.
02/15 - 144.6 - still here
02/16 - 143.0 - That's what I've been working towards!! Ending the round with a rolling 7 day average of 144.1 ... on my way down!
See you all in the next round!11 -

02/07 = 165.8 Controlled my intake yesterday even out of town at a conference; used the gym in the hotel too.
02/08 = 166.0 Low activity day due to tons of meetings, but going to the gym today
02/09 = 166.2 Traveled to Florida; got in plenty of steps though
02/10 = 167.6 Geez! I did enjoy the food yesterday but thought I was being careful. Rode my bike 8 miles and got in right at 17K steps. Guess I'm done with alcohol for a while and back to drinking tons of water today.

02/12 = 165.6
02/13 = 165.4 Creeping down, but that's ok.

LCHF, Yoga, Walking and Lifting weights
2/7 :: - 153.3 Great day food wise and exercise wise!
2/8 :: - 153.4 food was pretty much spot on until I bought a giant cookie and devoured it - mind you it was my birthday and my only non-low carb treat and dang it was good! I also got in 13k+ steps and lifted weights! I expect to see my weight pop up in a few days due to water retention!
2/9 :: - 153.4 had a good day! I played around with some low carb baking and it turned out well. In the freezer now to enjoy this upcoming week!
2/10 :: - 153.4 today is bday celebrations with the family at the original pancake house. I will try to be good hehehehe went higher in carbs BUT I didn't order pancakes. Shared an omelet and had toast - sour dough toast with butter and strawberry preserves sooooo good!
2/11 :: - 153.4 today got in some steps trying out some new running shoes in my living room and lifted...I Am SORE !! Well...I was doing well with carbs but I ended up too hungry and when I made a low carb chili I ended up eating some Trader Joe Corn Poppers (which are to die for!), and I bet I ate far too many
2/12 :: - 155.0 - water weight likely from weight lifting the day before.
2/13 :: - 155.8 - hmmmm still up. Likely still water weight (I hope!). Went a little crazy on carbs today. There were sweets everywhere at work and starting a lent challenge on Wednesday I took advantage of it
2/14 :: - 155.6 - first day of lent and I'm going to keep my carbs low until it ends. Try to keep it around 20 - 30 net grams per day for the entire time! Update: first day of Lent and it went really well. I was higher in calories then I should be, but my carbs were 27 for the day. Progress not perfection!!
2/15 :: - 155.2 - food is already prelogged and planned for the entire day and looking really good!!! Great food day. I will prelog again today - just trying to decide what to have for lunch today Oh and 20 grams carbs yesterday!!
2/16 :: - 153.0 - yes!10 -

Since joining the give me 10 challenges I have love over 15 pounds! My goal is to just move in the right direction, but if I could lose 3.... ambitious I know, I would be ecstatic!
02/07 211.8 TOM and still a loss... I'll take it.
02/08 211.8 I am a teacher, and yesterday was a snowday... Normally a snow day is a license to bake and eat. Some people buy milk and eggs, I would get nacho supplies and Elio's pizza! Not today, I stayed on track all day and it wasn't even to much of a struggle.
02/09 211.2 Gonna be honest, thought it was going to be more.

02/07 - 185.2 - Confirmed this weight at the gym.
02/08 - 186.4 - Expected this after training and big dinner yesterday.
02/09 - 185.4 - Training again today. Probably some hiking this weekend.
02/10 - 184.2 - Huh. I mean, yay but...weird.
02/11 - 183.4 - I mean I guess I've been working hard but I was in kind of a stall for a couple weeks so it's surprising to drop this much this week.
02/12 - 184.2 - Big lunch, lots of salt yesterday.
02/13 - 183.8 - Training is going well. We're working on upping weight now that she thinks I have good form and stability.
02/14 -184.8 - Big dinner, lots of walking.
02/15 - 186.2 - Oh wow, big bloat day. When it's cold* I don't remember to drink as much water. (*For the desert)
02/16 - 186 - Ah well. It always figures that my lows are in the middle of the date range.7 -

Day/Weight/Comment
02/07- 141.46 Just fluctuation. I don't think it will remain this low.
02/08- 141.68 I've had a migraine all day, but I did manage to get in a short jog.
02/09- 142.78 I overdid exercise yesterday. Beyond sore today. I have been doing light stretching to try and help.
02/10- 142.56
02/11- 142.56 We ate at a friend's house, but I'm sure I came in under calories. Started working on strengthening my core muscles.
02/12- 142.12 Doing well with light exercise. Need to work on my water intake.
02/13- 141.24 Pancake day! Tried to be good and just have a light smear of nutella and lots of strawberries. Still a treat.
02/14- 139.7 Love this drop but no idea how I managed it. We shall see how much of a bounce I get tomorrow. This will be a cheat day for me.
02/15- 139.7
02/16- 139.7 It looks like the low weight decided to stick around a bit. Very pleased with the progress I have made this round.

02/07 - 224.2 lbs. Soooo happy it didn't go up before going back down. Happy days.
02/08 - 223.8 lbs
02/09 - 223.0 lbs Scale was fluctuating between two numbers, after 10 attempts, it landed on this number 3 times in a row. So I'm sticking with it.
02/10 - 222.8 lbs Yesterday must not have been off by too much. Even went out for a glass of wine last night to celebrate our first rotation in an acute care setting (I'm a nursing student) and had a few bites of a couple of appetizers.
02/11 - 221.2 lbs. Whoosh...Had to check the scale 4 times just to make sure (and in different locations)
02/12 - 221.2 lbs I'll take it. Was high in salt yesterday, ate slightly over calories, and woke up 2 hours earlier then yesterday.
02/13 - 221.2 lbs. Holding steady atleast
02/14 - 220.6 lbs. There we go!
02/15 - 220.8 lbs Arg yesterday was hard but I stayed within my goals

Goal = work slowly toward new goal weight 127.0 (then we will see, UGW may be 125)
2/7 - 130.6 - under calories and a short walk, short row yesterday.
2/8 -131.0 - not a great day yesterday, nice walk at noon but no real workout and a bit over calories. Emo day about family stuff, and work is crazy right now. Plus side, trying to rehydrate and that may be part of the "gain"
2/9 - 131.4 - great workout yesterday and also phenomenal overeating. Back to sanity today, trying to stay mindful, breathing at work. Trouble adhering to my limit now that I am so close to goal, part of me says "good enough" but this is the pattern - get to goal and then re-gain! Not, not, not this time.
2/10 - 131.6 - over yesterday and no workout. 12 hours sleep tho. Guess why the discipline was slipping so bad? I think I was totally exhausted. Today so far, more stable and less cravings.
2/11 - 131.6 - yesterday under calories, thanks to a killer workout and 16,000 steps lol. Today so far, not good at all. Aagghh! My discipline is non existent.
2/12 - 131.2 - yesterday under maintenance, though not under my .5/week loss plan. BUT I RAN 6.1 MILES yesterday and it was awesome ... I sometimes forget for a while how much I love running. I resist because it's so hard. But then I get out there and I love it ...
2/13 -130.8 - hello again 130.x - yesterday under calories, only "workout" was walking back to work in the evening which is not my favorite... get stuff done with nobody there though!!
2/14 -130.0 - THIS IS MY ORIGINAL GOAL weight. Go me, thanks fitbit, MFP and ALL my friends. Run and elliptical last night, under calories.
2/15 - 130.2 - grotesque headache all day yesterday, a bit over calories, and no workout other than a short walk at lunch. Not worried by the bounce, planning to use standing workstation and stretch today to avert further pain.
2/16 - 130.8 - ate JUST under calories yesterday, short tough run in the wind. Ending with a half-pound drop in average for the round, not dissatisfied.

02/07: forgot to weigh
02/08: 130.6
Not sure how this is possible. I ate horribly yesterday.
02/09: 132.4
I acted out on my bingeing tendencies last night when I discovered this place down the road from us that made vegetable pot pies that are delicious. I have a food baby today. :-(
02/10: 131.6
Ok. So the bloat is gone. Whew! I think bingeing will be something I ALWAYS struggle with, no matter what my weight is. I think when people see a thin person walking down the road, they take it for granted that they have always been thin. The fact of the matter is, it’s a daily effort.
02/11: 131.4
Feeling alright-ish. Went to a family birthday party and I ate small portions. Had fruit as a side instead of something higher cal. Just 30 calories away from going over and I have a tendency to LNS. I may try to hit the hay early.
02/12: avoided the scale like the plague yesterday. I felt so bloated. It wasn’t worth hating myself.
02/13: 130.8
Back down to my weight when I re-started MFP after a 7 lb gain (I came on here at 136 I believe, but started this challenge later). Still bloated this AM. Made a healthier tuna noodle casserole by replacing the mayo with 98% fat free cream of mushroom...it was surprisingly low cal, so I gorged. I’m bloated again this morning. From now on I will be tossing back water. I know I have complained about it a TON on these challenges but I can’t wait until my fractured foot heals so I can start swimming again. I’m always motivated to eat healthier when I’m working out.
02/14: oops. Forgot to weigh.

Day/Weight/Comment
02/07 / 286.4 / Giving myself a cheat day for the Super bowl was a bad mistake. It took until today to correct the damage from salt intake, and I gained weight. Cheat days come at a huge cost.
02/08 / 284.4 / Wow. Guess it took until today to get rid of the salt!
02/09 / 284.2 / Keeping to the program, drinking a lot more water than 8 cups (never more than 12, no worries!)
02/10 / 282.8 / Yay! This is even with company over, and 5 oz of wine. Truth is, I really don’t want more wine. A glass is perfect.
02/11 / 280.8 / I really think this is just me getting my salt intake under control. I’m cooking my own food now and phasing out the “Atkins slurry” frozen dinners xD
02/12 / 281.4 / Salt intake way up. Yesterday was the fluke.
02/13 / 282 / Just riding this out. Still eating to plan.
02/14 / 279.6 / Rode it out. I’m thankful for this group. I can see so many people at various levels of fitness and weight loss and I know now that this kind of thing happens to everyone, all the time. It is not that my body doesn’t know how to lose weight.
02/15 / 278.8 / Yay! I did not eat according to plan last night due to my Valentine. I saved calories for it.
02/16 / 277.8 / Today we celebrate Valentine’s Day! This is why I’ve been eating at a more extreme deficit this week.
